Due to COVID-19, many institutions and universities are not able to send or receive physical documents.   • Login to your associated account with the online platform
  • Select the recipient for your electronic documents

Exchange Network

The document exchange network is an outcome of the agreement between the WES and the institution issuing your document. There are also some third party providers delivering your official electronic transcript.

Email

Documents sent via mail as an attachment is not considered official as far as there is an agreement between the institution and the Service Provider that only the mails sent via an authorized official email will be considered right.

Do’s & Don’ts for Sending Official Electronic Transcripts

  • Do check with your institution first to confirm whether they can electronically transmit your documents
  • Do read the guidelines on the academic institution’s website or any third party provider (who issued your documents)
  • Do use your reference number together with your electronic documents
  • Don’t assign a PIN or an expiry date to your documents.
  • Don’t share your personal login credentials with any official due to security reasons
  • Don’t send an electronic transcript or mark sheet as attachments from your personal email account. Only documents from the list of verified sources can be trusted.

    Process of Sending Electronic Transcripts.

    1. Fill the details in above ENQUIRY FORM.
    2. Download Consent form , fill & send back on following email info@worldwidetranscripts.com
    3. Do payment of 199/-(One-time Verification charges) + 1199/- (E-Logistics) INR from the above link.
    4. Verification will be Valid for a year.
    5. You can send e-transcripts to any of our registered partner at 1199/- each after verification.
    6. You will receive a confirmation email from the same Id once we receive your payments, followed by the complete process of Electronic Transcripts via email.
    7. We need transcripts from issuing University in either of the forms.
    • University will send to our API panel or email with official Email Id.
    • We will get transcripts from sealed envelope from the university.
    • If your documents are available in Digi Locker/NAD. Our team will guide you with the further process.
    • Last, If the above 3 modes does not work for you we can also help procure transcripts from University (As we are networked with 800+ univeristies) .No verification charges will be applicable if we directly procure from Univeristies.
    1.   Once we receive electronic   transcripts through any of the above mode, we will do verification and push those documents to you desired ECA.
    2. once the documents are received by the university/Evaluation bodies, we will share the Real Time View status with you.
    3. Your application will be sent in 24 hours of receiving & verification of documents.
    4. You’re , Good To Go.
